Next week will be a busy week. I hope to work for two days. Our Red Hat group, The Crimson Cuties, are having a tea at the home of one of our members on Wednesday. Three of my friends and I will have lunch one day. Tuesday is St. Patrick's Day. I will be making corned beef and cabbage with red potatoes. I guess I'll stay home and watch the parade with Mom. I'm sure that the week will fly by just like they all do.
Spring starts next week. I hope that spring weather is close at hand. We've gotten little teases here and there, but nothing that could be described as "steady" spring weather.

- Most people facinate me. I am a "people" person, although I am quiet and not the life of the party. My friends and my family mean a lot to me. I enjoy their company and would do almost anything for them. I like to watch the "Talking Heads" in the evening discussing politics or the news of the day. I am an avid quilter and belong to 2 quilt groups. I belong to a Mah Jongg group and am learning to play Bridge. I find that to be a real challenge. I love art and artistic things. I do a bit of painting, but am not very good at it. Piano music is one of my favorites. I play a bit and regret giving up lessons as a teen. Do still "tickle the ivories" upon occasion. Love to hear piano music in person. Love live classical music also. There are many things about life which I enjoy and like to share with like minded people.
