Internet Games

I've tried playing a few games on the computer. I lose most of them. I've tried Chess, Hearts, Golf, Mah Jongg and Checkers. If I knew the rules for Hearts and Chess it would help. I did win one Mah Jongg set once. I'm glad that I have better luck when I play it for real. Mom is watching her favorite channel, TCM. I've resorted to the computer since she's in charge of the remote. If I were home alone I'd be listening to music instead of watching TV. I get sort of tired of the tube. I do have a book to read, but sometimes I'm not in the mood to read. I want a bit more "action". I, therefore, play computer games. Sandy and Coco have been very good all evening. They've been sleeping on the bed while I sit in the chair and either knit or play on the computer. I wish they'd let me sleep through the night tonight. It's really Sandy who's the culprit when it comes to waking me up in the middle of the night. I should lock him out of the bedroom but if I did he'd probably wake up Mom. So, for the time being there will be no change in his behavior.
