Independence Day

The Chocolate chip cookies have been made. The trunk is packed. All that needs to be taken out tomorrow is the food stuff and the toiletries. I've been running around all day collecting things and packing things. Now, I'm ready to relax. I'm watching "A Capital Fourth". Later I will watch the Boston Pops concert on another channel. That concert is my favorite. Yes, I'll be watching the fireworks on TV instead of in person in a park nearby. But when I'm ready to retire I won't have to fight traffic to get back home since I'm already there. Happy Fourth of July! God Bless America!
