Computer Frustration

The website I'm using is new. The laptop I'm using is new. I've tried to send an email several times today and have been put "off line" for some reason. I don't know if it's something I'm doing wrong or if the internet provider is at fault. It has been quite frustrating and a total waste of time to try to rectify the situation to no avail. I guess one needs a degree in computer science to fully understant the workings of the computer world. Well, I have all the degrees I'm going to get so I'll continue to stumble and make mistakes and unfortunately get frustrated with the new technology. After all, I'm not even a baby boomer. I'm older than dirt.
