Gardens For Sculpture

What a beautiful day it turned out to be this Sunday. I went to 8:00am mass at the local parish church. At 11:15am, friends picked me up and we drove to Gardens For Sculpture in Hamilton, N.J. We arrived and met 9 other friends for a tour of the gardens, after which we had Brunch at Rats. The weather forecast had predicted rain, but it turned out to be sunny and warm which made it a perfect day to walk around the grounds and look at the sculpture. Someone once said that new friends are like silver and "old" friends are like gold. The friends I met today I've known since college. They are truly "golden". I value their friendship more than gold. Thank you for your continued friendship over the years. May we all enjoy many more years and occasions for getting together.
