A Door Prize

Today was the Retiree Luncheon which culminates our year of get-togethers. There weren't as many people at this luncheon as their were at last year's. The highlight for me was that I won a bottle of white wine which was one of the door prizes. It's been a very long time since I won a door prize. It felt good to win. I hope that winning the door prize will turn my luck around and that I will win more. Maybe it'd be a good time to purchase a lottery ticket. Wouldn't winning the lottery be exciting? There is something coming up which I hope that I will win. It has something to do with our golf clinic. I'll keep you posted. We should know in 2 to 3 weeks who the winner will be. I'm thinking positively.
