What A Lovely Day Today

Today was a lovely day. I sat outside for awhile to enjoy the warm temperature and the sun. It was 74 degrees today. Warm outside, but cooler in the house even with both doors opened. It was a good day for appreciating the beauty all around us outside. It was a quiet day which added to the specialness of the day. Sandy looked outside for a brief time this morning, but spent most of the day sleeping on my bed. He has arisen and is now looking out the back door. In a few minutes I will get out Anita's quilt and work on it again. I will have the tv programing off and will listen to music instead. I'm anticipating a lovely evening as well, as I'm leaving the door opened for awhile until the temps drop and we both get too cold to leave the door opened any longer. Thank you for this lovely day.
