Refreshing Iced Tea
It's that time again, iced tea time. It's the most refreshing drink to have on a warm spring or summer day. Water is a quick thirst quencher, but if you'd prefer flavor in your drink, I'd say that you should opt for iced tea with lemon. After exercising, I prefer water as a thirst quencher. It's downed quickly and serves the purpose of rehydrating your body after sweating during your workout. If it's a leisurely refreshing drink you'd like, try iced tea with lemon. You'll be glad you did.
