Tomorrow is my turn to host Mah Jongg. I made four dozen chocolate chip cookies for my guests. Of course I needed to taste them to make sure they were tasty, and they are! Tomorrow morning I'm going to make some apricot/sour cream scones for everyone to have with their morning coffee and tea. I love scones. These are so good that you can eat them without butter, jam or lemon curd. Of course, if those condiments are desired, I do have them.
The last time we played MJ I only won one game. I was close many times, but no" brass ring". I'm hoping that I'll have better luck tomorrow. There are only four of us playing tomorrow instead of the usual 7 so we can each be in every game. We should get a lot of playing in by the time we quit for the day. I'm making fresh brewed iced tea for lunch. Everyone brings their own lunch so that makes things easy. I'm looking forward to a swell time.
