A Beautiful Day, No Fooling!

Today is April 1st, April Fool's Day. I've managed to get this far into the day without being fooled. Mother Nature was kind of fooling with us this morning when it was raining. What a surprise to see the sun come out later this afternoon. The temperature reached the upper 60's so I opened both doors to get the much waited for breath of fresh air. Sandy was thrilled to be able to hear the birds outside. I went for a routine medical test today, then went food shopping. I was walking in and out of the raindrops all morning. Hurrah, for a sunny ending to the day. My house has been cleaned and the towels are laundered. Don't know how I'll spend the rest of the evening. I'm betting that there's nothing on tv that I'd be interested in watching. One of my hobbies may call. I should make earrings for Amy because she had all of her jewelry stolen before Christmas. What a heartbreak, especially when you can't just run out and replace it all. The kids even had their piggybanks stolen. I had painted each one and had given them to my great nephews. Guess I'll have to get new piggybanks to paint. What a lousy crook, even stealing from small children. I hope the crook gets caught. That would make my day!
