The Best Exercise

The best exercise for me is water aerobics. The pool was closed for two weeks for repairs so we weren't able to have water aerobics. I went this evening for the first time. It was great fun, and great exercise. Actually, the lifeguard got in the pool and did the class with us. He had as much fun as we did. I look forward to getting back into the routine of going daily for water aerobics. It will help me lose the weight I'd like to lose and also give me much fun and needed exercise.
