Catching Up

We had lunch with a former colleague today who we haven't seen in about 4 years. She moved away to Delaware after retirement. We went to Teaberry's, my favorite tearoom. We met at 1:00pm and said goodbye at 4:00pm. There were four of us at lunch. We caught up on our friend's news and she was updated with ours. I enjoyed the afternoon very much. We set aside a weekend in November when we "Jersey Girls" will go down to visit our friend in Delaware. It's always fun to "catch up" with old friends. Someone once said that new friends are like silver but old friends are like gold.
