Okay, That's Enough

Watching the news today about the Saga of Paris Hilton makes me wonder what's wrong with the media. First of all, I'm a little tired of the sexual jokes and innuendo from the male reporters. Are they saints? I doubt it. I don't think the jokes are funny any more. It's like beating a dead horse. Get over it. The judicial system in LA is a laughing matter. Paris Hilton is a beautiful, young, rich woman. She's probably "spoiled" when you compare her life to that of the average young woman. She may be famous for being famous, but she's a human being. Leave her alone. She's suffering. She's being punished. If all of the reporters and papparazzi would "get a life" of their own we wouldn't have to be bombarded with this type of news. Let's drop this subject and get on with what truly matters in our country. Examine your own lives. How are you contributing to the general welfare of someone besides yourself.
