A Good Workout

A friend and I went back to doing water aerobic classes today. We had a new teacher who warmed us up with her workout. The water was cold until we started to exercise. We got a good workout and I don't feel any pain right now. Hopefully, I can say that in the morning when I get up. Sometimes when you exercise you don't feel the pain until the next day. The good thing about water aerobics is that the water supports you while you're jogging, doing jumping jacks and all the other motions we do. The class is always full. I'm looking forward to the summer when my friend and I take the classes during the day. There are 2 other teachers who give an excellent workout and it's nice to take a variety of classes. I still would like to get my bicycle tires filled with air. I'm sure that would be a good workout also, although I'm sure it wouldn't be as easy as water aerobics. I'd ride either early in the morning or before it gets dark at night. The heat of the day is not for me, especially while exercising.
