A Baby Shower

This afternoon Susan and I went to a baby shower hosted by Marj. Her son and his wife are expecting twin girls in July. It was interesting to see the new things they make for babies these days. I enjoyed seeing Marj and her mother. We also saw Marj's friend Irene who I happened to meet at Marj's wedding. What was especially nice was that the Dad to be was at the shower. I think it is nice that the Dads are included these days. Doug sat at his wife's side as she opened the gifts. She received many nice gifts in duplicate. I'm looking forward to seeing a picture of the babies when the proud Grandmother just happens to have them in her pocketbook.
