Another Nice Day

The weather is beautiful now. It's warm enough not to have to wear a sweater, but not so hot that you sweat when you're outside. I have the 2 doors opened and I can still hear the birds singing even though it's now dark outside. My neighbor has her AC on already. I don't understand her need for it today. The whir of the AC shatters the stillness of the evening as the day is coming to an end. Actually, it's rather annoying to listen to. My suggestion on this May evening is to open the doors and windows for FRESH air. I'm putting off using the AC until I can't stand the heat and humidity, when the temperature reaches into the 90's. I hope that weather doesn't come for at least a month and a half. I think it would be nice if we had weather in the 80's without humidity all summer. Then I wouldn't use the AC at all.
