A Snowy Day

Today is a wet weather day. We've had snow, rain, and sleet. It started early and still continues. I've stayed inside because I don't drive in inclement weather because the roads are usually bad. The good thing about staying in is that if you're motivated, you can get a lot done. I did the mundane things like laundry and straightening my bedroom. I also played with the cat although he slept for most of the day. The Good Thing is that I didn't!! The fringe is now on my alpaca scarf and I declare it Finished. I've talked to friends on the phone and the internet. I signed up for a few Quilting Classes at my favorite quilt shop. I did the gauge for the shell I'm making next and discovered that I don't own the correct size needles for the project. One day in all day is enough for me. Tomorrow will be an "out and about" day. As long as the roads are good.
